We use your information to operate the platform, connect you with professionals or suppliers, process payments, send you notifications by email, and improve the service. We send text messages only to members who have separately opted in to them.
We share the information necessary to complete a booking or an order between the client and the professional or supplier involved. We do not sell your personal data.
Text messages are optional, and consent is never a condition of creating an account, booking, or making a purchase. Creating an account does not opt you in. You receive text messages only if you separately and deliberately ask for them, by ticking the optional, never pre ticked SMS box during signup, turning texts on in your account settings, or submitting our standalone opt in form. We record the date and time of that consent and send no text without one on file. Declining texts has no effect on your account, and we reach you by email either way.
If you do opt in, the messages relate to your bookings, orders, and account, such as appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and notices that your products have arrived. Reply STOP at any time to stop them, free and instantly.
We do not share your mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data is not shared with third parties.
Message frequency varies based on your activity, such as the bookings and orders you make.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Opting out of texts does not affect your account or your ability to use the platform.
