The Beaute Chateau is an online marketplace that connects clients with independent beauty professionals and suppliers. We provide the platform. We do not perform beauty services ourselves, and the professionals on the platform are independent businesses, not our employees or agents.
Every artisan, studio, and supplier on the platform operates independently. They set their own prices, hours, and services, and they are solely responsible for the services they provide.
You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login secure, and to use the platform lawfully. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other members.
Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Deposits, balances, add ons, gratuities, and product orders are handled as described at the time of booking or purchase.
Text messages are optional and separate from these Terms. Agreeing to these Terms does not sign you up for text messages, and nothing in this section takes effect unless you separately choose to opt in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account, booking a service, buying a product, or using The Beaute Chateau in any way. You can decline texts and still use every part of the platform. We will always reach you by email regardless.
You only receive text messages if you take a specific, separate action to ask for them: ticking the clearly optional, unchecked SMS box during signup, turning texts on later in your account settings, or submitting the standalone form at thebeautechateau.com/sms-optin.html. The box is never pre ticked, and skipping it has no effect on your account. We record the date and time of your opt in, and we send no text to anyone without one on file.
If you do opt in, the messages are transactional and account related: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, order and product arrival notices, and account notices. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out is instant, free, and never affects your account or your ability to book. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Beaute Chateau is not liable for the acts, omissions, or services of any independent professional or supplier on the platform.
